The vet will meet you at the offfice if it is an emergency.
DONT GIVE HER ANYMORE MILK... IT'LL GIVE HER DIAHREA...
KEEP RUBBING HER STOMACH AND PUT A WARM PATCH ON HER...
MY DOG GETS THIS TOO
RUBBING HER/HIS STOMACH REALLY HELPS
Call your Vet ASAP there are always Emergency numbers for Vets!!
there are emergency vets you can take her too

Is she in heat?
Hi Amanda
First off - No Milk
If she has no visible injuries, but acts as if in pain, you should contact a Vet. You can also kind of check her from top to bottom, to see if she has a sensitive area. This would be good info. for the Vet. Most have emergency numbers on the office recording. Most dogs typically hide pain, and when they show obvious signs of pain, you should pay attention!
Best of luck.
First of all, never give a dog milk! Dogs are lactose intolerant and can't handle milk! The fact that you did give her milk, probably made the pain worse, although I'm sure you did not know that! We can't diagnose your dog over the internet. Only a vet can diagnose and properly treat her! There are so many different reasons, that could be causing her pain. There are always vets that are open. If your vets office is closed, then take her to the nearest 24 hr Animal Hospital! She needs to be see right away! It's not fair for her to have to suffer this way! Please do the right thing, and get her to a vet, fast!
No Milk. Milk is really bad. People milk is not the same as the milk from their mothers. Also it probably upset her tummy more. Keep her bowl full of water only and readily available at all times. Are you sure she is in pain?? Sometimes dogs just whine and yelp for no reason. Just for attention. It helped when you rubbed her belly right? If she was that in pain, she would not have let you touch her belly. Dogs in that much pain won't let you near their hurt area or organs. It's a sign of protection. So, you can rule serious matters out. Try taking her outside to see if maybe it is possible she needs to do her duty. They will let us know at random different signals sometimes. Or just try taking her outside any way to see how she reacts. If she calms down, then your ok. Does the whining sound more like a houl? I have also had my dog do that and while houling, it's caused by another dog they hear trying to get noticed. They communicate that way. If you have a good history with your dog's healthy it's more than likely nothing. They do these wierd things even if nothing is wrong.
Please note, she may not need to be seen right away over milk. It will pass through her system, it won't kill her. It could give her indigestion a little bit and diarhea. Very important to give her water. As long as she is eating and drinking, she's fine. That is why milk is not recommended. I have not heard of dogs dying on people milk through my vet hospital experience I worked in. Just keep an eye on her and if at any point she appears lathargic then that is a sign of needed immediate vet help.
Keep her comfortable tonight, and first thing in the morning take her to the vet A.S.A.P!
no milk its not good and dogs are lactose intolerant
plus vets should always have an emergency number
make sure she is comfortable
and just keep an eye on her.
